Granny's Summer Compote - Recipe

Hello blog!

Its very hot day here today, so we drinking a lot (water, sparkling water, juice and so on).
And I decided to use my precious Grannies fruit compote recipe.
It is very easy, taking little time to prepare and unbelievably refreshing and tasty! And you can use all sorts of fruits or berries you have in the house or your garden!

You will need:

* water (make sure you use bottled water, not from the tap)
* berries or fruits (I used: one orange, one apple, few        strawberries and handful of cherries)
* sugar

1. Put water to the pot to boil

2. Prepare your fruits and berries

3. When water is boiling add 2-3 table spoons 

of sugar (I am using caster sugar)

4. Add you fruits and berries

5. Let them to boil for few minutes (IMPORTANT:

don't over-boil!!!)

6. Cool it down, poor it the jug, add some ice and enjoy!

Tommy the Cat

Hello!
We were walking uptown yesterday and I heard cat crying in the bushes in the beginning of our estate. Then Ger went to see whats going on there - was little ginger kitten crying. Guess what we did? Yes, we brought him home, and now our family has new member - Tommy the Cat. He is lovely and playful and Cillian is over the moon, he found new friend!

Just decided to make post about stuff I am working on, to keep myself motivated and finish them (someday :). It is very hard to do anything at all at this stage, because we having very nice and hot summer!

Was a bargain too - 15 Pounds with delivery for 5(!!!) 100 g  skeins!

Gone to swim in the pool with my Little Man!

Cupcake update or how is my pregnancy going...

Hello hello!
I know i wasn't here for a while, just have loads of things going on in my life right now.
My pregnancy is going very well, feel much better now, than it was at the beginning. My energy levels are back too, so that means I'm busy busy all the time now :)
Little Cupcake in my belly doing fine, Cillian loves my growing belly too!
